Our mission is to help client organizations grow.
Some organizations believe that growth is mandated through corporate strategy, or the result of sales force incentives or training, or perhaps the outcome of an unusual effort on the part of a salesperson or manager.
In fact, growth comes through understanding and leveraging the processes of identifying, acquiring, satisfying and retaining one customer, growing share position with that customer, and then repeating the process across segments and a market. We call this over-arching process customer-driven growth.
PMG focuses on the business-to-business sector. We understand the process of growth in the B-to-B environment because all the principals of the firm have been there—as market managers, directors of strategic planning, and as business development managers and officers.
