PriorityPulse is an innovative way to track and report customer value, loyalty and satisfaction on a monthly or quarterly basis.  Clients receive a regular one-page summary of critical customer information that is visually oriented, easy to read, and immediately actionable. 

While many companies utilize surveys to measure customer satisfaction, value or loyalty, surveys are typically completed on an annual or bi-annual cycle, meaning the information is 6 months to a year old, on average.  Priority Pulse provides customer information that is close to “real time.”

PMG offers several standard “dashboard” designs for PriorityPulse or the design can be customized to meet particular client needs.  The end result is a series of gauges that provide management with the marketing direction and insight needed to make better decisions and to effectively incorporate the voice of the customer into day-to-day decision making.
